Company lawyers

As a company lawyer, you do not seek the support of a law firm for nothing. Naturally, you seek added value based on the relevant attorney's special expertise or you could do with an extra hand or two. 

At the beginning of our relationship with our office, we will consult about the degree of our cooperation, the approach to be pursued and the way in which we will work together and communicate with each other. If required, we will take over the problem from you, as company lawyer, as much as possible. 

Usually, the external adviser is expected to show a proactive and pragmatic attitude.

You may ask us to provide concrete assessments (such as chances of success, cost estimates et cetera). 

Considering the company lawyer's headstart in knowledge compared to the entrepreneur (as a non-lawyer), opinions, statements of case, recommendations and any steps to be taken may be defined in more concrete and concise terms.
